Refund policy
All our items are made as custom orders due to this we do not accept returns.
Please do get in touch with us though if you have any problems with your order.
You need to report any faults with your order within 48 hours of when you have received your item by emailing us below.
We offer a replacement item or a refund on receipt of the faulty product being received and inspected by us.
Please expect any refund or replacement to be processed within 3-5 days of your product return. If you have selected a refund the card issuer or processing company will then normally refund you within 3-5 working days.
